HEALTHY MIDMORNING/AFTERNOON SNACKS


Bananas are affordable All-Season fruits. A smoothie is a fun way of giving your kids good nutrition without too much fuss. Have the kids help you in preparing their meals and snacks. Kids are very creative and you won't have to fight them to eat what they've created.

BANANA-MANGO SMOOTHIE


Ingredients
2 Bananas
2 Medium Mangoes
1 litre of natural sugar-free yoghurt 
Procedure
Cut the bananas and mangoes into small pieces for easy blending. Put the mixture in a blender, add the sugar-free yoghurt and blend. The fruits naturally have sugar; therefore you don’t need to add sugar to this recipe.
