HEALTHY MIDMORNING/AFTERNOON SNACKS


 Milk shake is one of my favorite drinks because I can achieve good nutrition from milk and fruits, and at the same time cheat a little with some ice cream. Make this refreshing drink this festive season in place of soda or energy drinks which are typically packed with empty calories.

  STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE
Ingredients
1 Cup Strawberries
1 litre of Milk
1 scoop Ice cream
Procedure
Put the strawberries in a blender, add boiled cold or warm milk to the mixture and blend. Pour into a glass, add the ice cream scoop on top and garnish with a strawberry piece or mint leaves.

NB: You can omit the ice cream if on weight management and the drink will be just as refreshing!!
